Do I need to be home during the detail?
No. As long as we can get to the vehicle (and you leave us the keys for interior work), you can carry on with your day. We’ll let you know when it’s finished.
Do you need anything from me, like water or power?
We arrive equipped with everything needed for your detail. If your location has anything unusual, like a tight garage, an HOA rule, or a gated marina, mention it in the booking notes.
What areas do you serve?
All of Ocean County, NJ, including Toms River, Brick, Lakewood, Jackson, Point Pleasant, Barnegat, LBI, and everywhere in between. Just outside the county? Call us and ask.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the size of the vehicle, its condition, and the package. A wash is quick, while ceramic coatings and paint correction take longer. We’ll give you a time estimate when we confirm your appointment.
Do you detail RVs, boats, and motorcycles?
Yes. RVs, boats, jet skis, and motorcycles are quoted individually based on size and condition. Pick one in the booking form, or call us for a quick quote.
How do maintenance plans work?
Pick weekly ($70), bi-weekly every 2–3 weeks ($120) or monthly ($160). Every visit is inside and out, we come to you, and there’s no deposit. Pay at each visit.
Do you take a deposit?
For one-time details, yes: $30 for 2-door coupes and $50 for all other vehicles, sent by Zelle to Topwashmobildetailing@gmail.com. It secures your appointment, goes toward your total, and is non-refundable if you cancel. Maintenance plans have no deposit.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards. Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.
How does the rewards offer work?
After your 5th appointment with us, you get 40% off whichever service you’ve been looking forward to. Just ask when you book.
What if the weather turns?
If rain or extreme conditions would affect the result, we’ll reach out to reschedule at a time that works for you.
